- I DID NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT / IT DID NOT SUIT MY NEED. CAN IT BE RETURNED?
Yes, the product purchased from theperfectbazaar can be returned under the following conditions. It should be returned within 30 days from the day of its delivery. The shipment cost of the returned product will have to be borne by the customer. Make sure that the products are unused, its tags and label are intact. In turn, our Company will provide you with a refund within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned goods.
- What should I do if the product is not what I ordered or has arrived broken or damaged?
In case the product delivered to you does not match the order you had placed, our team will address the concern immediately. Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our customer support. You will need to return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Make sure that the product is in its original condition with labels intact. A fresh product will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.
- What should I do if the package appears to have been tampered?
We at theperfectbazaar believe that our customer’s satisfaction is the first priority. If at all, you suspect any kind of tampering with the product, we suggest you do not accept the package and contact us for further guidelines. You can either mail us at email@example.com or can also directly contact our customer care executive.
- Who will bear the postal charges for the goods returned?
In case of the goods being damaged, tampered or not matching the order that you had placed with us, theperfectbazaar will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment.
However, if the goods are returned on grounds of not liking the product or any other personal preference, theperfectbazaar will still accept the goods, but the shipment cost will be borne by you.
- Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel the order till the time it has not been shipped. Kindly mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for order cancellation. If you have chosen an online payment mode, then the payment processing charges will be deducted. However, if the product has already been shipped, then the two way shipment return charges will be borne by the customer.
- How will I get the refund on return/cancellation?
theperfectbazaar will provide you with the refund within 14 days of receipt of the product by us.
- What if there is dispute regarding return?
In case of any dispute between the customer and the Company, the decision of theperfectbazaar would be final and the customer will have to accept it.
